Matthew Quinn

Matthew Quinn is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in technical and product hiring. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Recruiter at Tubi since February 2023, Matthew leads recruitment efforts for engineering and product roles across Tubi and AdRise. Prior to this, Matthew held significant roles at Twitter, including Recruiting Manager for Revenue Engineering, where a global recruiting strategy was established, and Lead Technical Recruiter for Revenue Science & Engineering, contributing to the hiring of 65 new team members. Matthew’s earlier positions include Recruiting Director for Immigration at Signature Consultants, where an immigration recruiting program was developed, and Recruiting Director/Technical Recruiter at Randstad Technologies US, responsible for managing a team of technical recruiters. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Marketing from Ithaca College.
