There, they were responsible for licensing A+E Networks programming to SVOD and AVOD platforms, focusing on maximizing revenue and profitability. Samuel also led partner management for top-tier digital and OTT platforms.

Samuel also has experience as the Senior Vice President of Development and Production at Is or Isn't Entertainment from March 2018 to November 2018, leading the development and production processes. Furthermore, they served as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Co-Productions for North America at FremantleMedia from August 2012 to February 2018. In this role, they led the North American Global Content team in acquiring, developing, and packaging intellectual property, programming, and co-productions.

Samuel's career began in 2007 at United Talent Agency as an Agent Trainee and Assistant to the Digital Media Agent. Samuel Harowitz completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pitzer College. Samuel attended Pitzer College from 2002 to 2006, majoring in Media Studies, English & World Literature, and Spanish. After completing their undergraduate studies, Samuel pursued further education at The American Film Institute. Samuel received their Master of Fine Arts degree in Cinematography from The American Film Institute, where they studied from 2007 to 2009.
