Simone M. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Simone is currently the Vice President of Design at Tubi since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft from 2017 to 2022, where they held various roles including Principal Design Director, Principal Design Manager, Principal Designer, and Creative Director. At Tubi, they served as the Head of Design from 2016 to 2017, where they were responsible for building and redesigning the ad-supported video streaming platform. Before that, they were the Creative Director at Impossible Bureau from 2014 to 2016 and the Associate Creative Director at Fantasy Interactive from 2011 to 2014. Simone also gained experience as a Senior Designer at Odopod in 2011, as a Senior Visual Designer at R/GA from 2010 to 2011, and as a Designer at AKQA from 2008 to 2009. Simone has a strong background in design, with expertise in design systems, user experience, and creative direction.

Simone M. first attended IULM University from 2003 to 2007 and earned a Laurea degree in Science and Technologies of Communications. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Hyper Island and obtained a Diploma in Digital Media.
