Alex Rossiter

Alex Rossiter is the Director of Communications at the TUC, bringing 20 years of experience in journalism and communications. In this role, Alex leads the organization's media and digital strategy, as well as corporate and internal communications. Prior to this, Alex held positions as a Press and Media Officer at the University and College Union and as a Campaigns and Media Officer at the TUC. Alex's career also includes experience as a Broadcast Journalist at BBC Radio Five Live and BBC Radio Leeds. Alex earned a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Aberdeen and a PG Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from the University of the Arts London.
