Stephen Smith is an experienced project worker currently engaged with the Trades Union Congress (The TUC) since July 2023, focusing on learning and skills in the North West. Prior to this role, Stephen dedicated 16 years at Prinovis UK Ltd., progressing from a press assistant to a colour management technician, where responsibilities included ensuring print quality and operational maintenance of presses. Stephen's foundational experience in the printing industry was established during a 20-year tenure at ARTEB PRINTING LIMITED, where leadership as a press team leader and operational roles as a press and slitter operator were prominent. Stephen's educational background includes training at St Helens College and Sutton Academy.
