Stephen de Beir

Stephen De Beir, CPA, currently serves as Manager of FP&A and Decision Support at Tucows since August 2023. Previously, Stephen held various positions at BCLC from November 2017 to August 2023, including Manager roles in FP&A for Decision Support and Business Planning, as well as Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst roles. Prior experience includes a Senior Accountant position at KPMG from December 2016 to November 2017 and at D&H Group LLP Chartered Professional Accountants from November 2014 to December 2016, where Stephen progressed from Senior Accountant to Staff Accountant. Stephen also worked as a Staff Accountant at Edmison Mehr Chartered Professional Accountants from October 2013 to October 2014 and gained initial experience as a Junior Analyst at BCIT from January 2009 to October 2013. Stephen holds a CPA designation from CPA Canada and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Fraser Valley.
