Jeff Meyer began their work experience in 1994 as the CEO of Tuff-N-Uff Productions, an organization focused on promoting combat sports. Jeff played a key role in cultivating relationships with prominent figures in the Martial-Arts world and achieving significant milestones. Furthermore, Jeff recognized the need for a safe amateur MMA program to allow students to refine their skills in front of a live audience. In 1996, they became an independent commodity futures broker and trader, engaging in this role until 2005.
Jeff Meyer attended the University of Arizona from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued a bachelor's degree. Jeff majored in Political Science and also studied Spanish as their field of study.

As the leading amateur Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) promoter in Nevada, Tuff-N-Uff is where the future of MMA begins. Founded by enthusiasts Barry and Jeff Meyer, Tuff-N-Uff pioneered the promotion of MMA events in Nevada and received one of the first mixed martial arts promoters licenses issued in the state. Tuff-NUff has coordinated Shooto, the very first MMA tournament in Nevada, and co-promoted Chuck Norris’ World Combat League, as well as BodogFight, ADCC North American Qualifiers and spearheaded many other amateur MMA events in Nevada. Tuff-N-Uff hosts an exciting amateur MMA event monthly at The Orleans Hotel & Casino. With MMA continuing to experience an explosive surge in popularity, the most passionate fans are seeking the unknown talents that surface in Tuff-N-Uff’s uniquely amateur context.
