As the Founder and CEO of Tuff Robotics since April 2022, Kyle Dou has been at the forefront of developing autonomous service robot solutions for the hospitality and healthcare industries, emphasizing continuous software innovation and robust robotic hardware. In addition, Kyle Dou serves as a Board Member at Cosmo Strategy LLC, a cross-border e-commerce B2B platform, while previously founding and leading HIXIH Rubber Industry Group, a B2B e-commerce company focused on the automotive industry, from November 2017 to March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Sales Marketing for Tongli Tyre Co., Ltd., a truck tire manufacturer.
