Eric Hilty

Eric Hilty currently serves as General Counsel at Tuff Shed, Inc. since November 2020, following an extensive legal career that includes a position as Chief Legal Officer at the National MS Society from August 2011 to November 2020. Hilty has been a Board Member at Invest in Kids since 1999 and previously worked as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Aimco from July 2003 to July 2011, where responsibilities included managing nationwide litigation for an apartment REIT. Prior legal experience includes serving as Associate and Partner at Holland & Hart LLP and Litigation Counsel at AT&T Broadband. Education includes a JD from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a BA in Economics and History from Trinity University.
