Steve Buckman is currently the IT Innovation Lead at TUH Health Fund. Prior to this, at Scout Talent, Steve served as the Head of Engineering overseeing the software engineering division. With previous experience as the VP Engineering at Dingo and Senior Data Scientist at Synengco, Steve has a strong background in software engineering and data science. Steve's leadership roles at Honeywell, as a Transformation Lead and Software Quality Manager, showcase their expertise in Agile frameworks, data analytics, and quality assurance. Additionally, Steve holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and has a background in physical sciences with a Bachelor's degree from The University of Queensland and a PhD from Macquarie University.
