Siya Jele is the Regional Manager for the KZN Region at TUHF, where they currently provide innovative property development and acquisition financing solutions. Previously, Siya served as the Development Director at Emerging Market Real Estate from 2016 to 2024, specializing in unlocking land beneficiation opportunities within the shopping center development sector. Prior to that, they held positions as Centre Manager at Hyprop Investments from 2009 to 2011 and as Property Manager at Old Mutual Investment Group Property Investments from 2011 to 2024. Siya holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Property Development from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Certificate in Real Estate from the University of Pretoria.
