Candy Hall is an experienced Internal Communications Leader with over two decades of expertise in driving strategic campaigns, managing crisis communications, and collaborating with C-suites at notable global brands, including TUI, Virgin Atlantic, and the BBC. Currently, Candy serves as the Internal Communications and Engagement Senior Manager at TUI, where they focus on aligning internal and external initiatives while engaging colleagues in the company's vision. Previously, Candy held key roles at organizations like Virgin Holidays, the Financial Times, and Shell Energy, where they led significant communications initiatives during major organizational changes. Candy is pursuing a Master's degree in Publishing at the University of the Arts London and holds a Higher National Diploma and a Bachelor's degree in Creative Industries from Solent University.
