Danielle Zuiderwijk is the Head of HR Expansion Businesses at TUI, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Head of HR for TUI BeNe & Dutch Caribbean and as a Senior HR Business Partner, contributing significantly to HR strategies across the region. Earlier in their career, Danielle worked as an HR Manager at Wasserij Korsow from 2009 to 2014 and held a governance role at HR Netwerk Curacao between 2012 and 2016. Danielle is currently pursuing a Master's degree at Universiteit Leiden.
