Devaiah Nalianda is the Manager of the Strategic Decarbonisation Programme at TUI, a position held since 2023. Nalianda holds a Master’s degree in Thermal Power and a Ph.D. focused on techno-economic and environmental assessments in civil aviation from Cranfield University. Previously, Nalianda served as an Engineer Officer in the Indian Navy, specializing in propulsion and gas turbines, before transitioning to academia as a Senior Lecturer and Research Fellow. With extensive experience in civil aircraft performance assessments and project management, Nalianda has managed large technical projects and contributed significantly to aeronautics research, evidenced by a robust portfolio of publications.
