Jan Rozeboom is an experienced technology leader with a career spanning several decades in the telecommunications and information technology sectors. Currently serving as the Technology Team Lead at TUI since July 1997, Jan heads the Contact Center Platform Service & Support Team and oversees the technical design of Customer Contact Solutions as a Technology Architect for the IT Customer Domain. Jan also operated Rozeboom Telecom Management from February 2006 to November 2019, providing independent consulting services, including supplier selections. Prior experience includes various technical roles at KPN Telecom from July 1983 to June 1997. Jan's educational background includes degrees from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and Saxion University of Applied Sciences, with a foundational degree in Electronics from M.T.S. Enschede.
