Jonas Darnell is currently the Head of HR for the Nordics at TUI, having held this position since 2025. Prior to joining TUI, they served as an HR Manager for North Europe at Air France-KLM from 2022 to 2025, leading teams to develop HR strategies across multiple countries. Jonas has extensive experience in various HR roles, including as an HR Business Partner at Saab from 2017 to 2021, where they managed teams and strategic HR initiatives for C-level executives. They began their career in hospitality, completing an advanced vocational education in hotel management and earning a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
