Jonathan Marsh

Jonathan Marsh is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology law and operations. Currently, as the Head of Tech Law & Legal Operations at TUI since May 2017, Jonathan provides legal advice for IT projects across TUI Group while also negotiating supplier contracts. Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel for IT and Nordics at TUI and Head of PLC Commercial and Procurement at Britvic Plc, where Jonathan managed a team and was the primary legal contact for procurement. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Commercial Solicitor at Dixons Retail and as a Solicitor at DJ Freeman, where Jonathan specialized in technology and media law. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Cambridge and a Diploma in Law from Nottingham Trent University.
