Kellie Pryce

Kellie Pryce is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Director of Global Talent, People Development and Culture at TUI since February 2022. In this role, Kellie leads the strategic planning and implementation of a comprehensive global talent and learning portfolio, focusing on areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to TUI, Kellie held significant roles at Sony Electronics as Head of Talent and Resourcing for EMEA and at Cielo Talent, where responsibilities spanned major projects in talent acquisition and workforce management across Europe and LATAM. Kellie's earlier career included roles in external resource sourcing and program management with companies such as Alcatel-Lucent and Hays. Kellie holds a BA Hons in Marketing, Human Resources, and German from De Montfort University.
