Matt Masters has extensive experience in aviation, currently serving as a First Officer and B737 Pilot at TUI since November 2018. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made to the Royal Air Force from November 1998 to October 2018, including positions as Executive Officer and pilot with the renowned Red Arrows aerobatic team. Key roles also included serving as a Frontline Air Defence Pilot in Tornado F3, a Reaper MQ9 Pilot, and an Aggressor Pilot, among others, where expertise in training, instruction, and operational support was demonstrated. Education includes a Master of Engineering (Honours) degree from the University of Bristol and foundational studies at King Edward VI School in Southampton.
