Merel Offenberg

Quality Manager

Merel Offenberg is a seasoned professional with a strong background in quality management and customer service, currently serving as a Quality Manager and Customer Service Teamleader at TUI Nederland since October 2011, overseeing a team of 35 employees across two departments while ensuring quality, quantity, and continuity. Prior to this role, Merel gained experience through an internship at Damsté advocaten - notarissen - fiscalisten in 2011. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Law, both obtained from the University of Groningen, as well as completing VWO at Canisius University.
