Nik Mortimer

Nik Mortimer is a travel industry professional with extensive experience in leading digital change and transformation projects. Previously, they served as a Digital Product Manager at TUI, where they focused on enhancing customer self-service and driving ancillary product sales. Mortimer has also held various other roles at TUI, including Content Strategy & Editorial Lead and Senior Product Portfolio Manager, where they successfully shaped strategic visions and managed large teams. They hold a BA (Hons) in Media Practices from the University of Bedfordshire and completed a Marketing Leadership Masterclass with distinction in 2022.
