Steph de Jong is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in flight operations. They served as First Officer on the B737-800 at Ryanair from 2007 to 2011, and then transitioned to TUI Nederland as First Officer on the B767 from 2011 to 2015. Currently, Steph holds the position of Captain for the B787 at TUI, where they also serve as Standardization Lead for Flight Crew Training and have taken on multiple roles including TRI and Line Training Captain. Steph has completed advanced flight training, including the SFI/TRI B787 Course at Boeing in 2017 and holds various pilot licenses from Stella Aviation Academy and KLM Flight Academy.
