Will Staples is the Head of Crisis Planning & Incident Management at TUI, where they lead the development of crisis management incident response planning and oversee risk management and business continuity efforts. Previously, they served as the Head of Crisis & Customer Welfare at Thomas Cook, directing the UK response to crises and ensuring the well-being of customers during incidents. Will also held roles as a Crisis Manager and L&D Manager, where they focused on strategic development, operational training, and cultural change within the organization.
