At Tuia Waitākere, the wellbeing of West Aucklanders is our greatest priority. We are a community movement - led by the people, for the people of West Auckland. 

We unlock the power of wellbeing through community sport, arts, movement and culture, connecting with local leaders and whānau where they naturally gather - in schools, sports clubs, workplaces and communities - sharing tools, resources and support to drive meaningful change, together. 

Tuia, to weave and come together, reflects a kaupapa grounded in connection across people, place and purpose. Formerly Sport Waitākere, we've been part of the fabric of West Auckland for over 30 years.
