Ian Ren

Ian Ren has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ian started their career at Singapore Technologies Engineering in 1995, where they worked as a Senior Engineer, focusing on vehicle dynamics simulation, structural dynamics laboratory development, and vehicle NVH. In 1998, they joined Orbital Engine Company as a Project Engineer, specializing in noise reduction of Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) fuel systems and vehicle NVH. In 2001, Ian moved to Roush Industries, where they held positions as a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, and Senior Technical Specialist, focusing on powertrain and vehicle NVH development. Ian then joined Navistar Inc in 2008 as a Senior Technical Specialist, working on the development and support of engine fault diagnostic systems, resulting in significant cost savings and customer satisfaction improvement. Finally, in 2016, they joined Tula Technology Inc as a Senior Tech Specialist, overseeing NVH and China business development.

Ian Ren has a M.Sc and Ph.D in Applied Mechanics/Structural Dynamics/Modal Analysis, obtained from Imperial College London. No specific dates are provided for the duration of their education.
