Scott joined Tula in 2011, bringing a career of automotive leadership and global customer relationships to Tula. Prior to Tula, Scott served as vice president and general manager of gasoline engine management systems for Delphi Powertrain, where his responsibilities included developing innovative products to optimize engine efficiency, emissions, and performance. He has extensive experience in all phases of engineering management and has served in key leadership positions at the product line and divisional levels, including interfacing with customer powertrain executives at OEMs around the globe. Scott has started up numerous technical centers, plants, and joint ventures. Scott began his career with General Motors in 1977.
Scott received his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and his MBA from Harvard University.
