Daniel McKinnon

Daniel McKinnon is a seasoned professional in risk management and public administration, currently serving as a Risk Management Specialist at TulaRay since August 2021. Daniel has a longstanding commitment to community service, holding positions as a Board Trustee for both the Westmoreland Library Network and the Penn Area Library since March 2020 and March 2018, respectively. Previously, Daniel held the role of Director at Milestone Centers, Inc. from August 2008 to August 2021 and served as Planning Supervisor at the Allegheny County Department of Human Services from February 1995 to August 2008. Daniel holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs and a Bachelor's Degree in English from Thiel College.
