Joshua Ly

Joshua Ly is a Senior Medical Economist at TulaRay, having progressed from an Associate Medical Economist role within the company since April 2021. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate Medical Economist at InGenesis, Inc. from August 2018 to March 2021, and at MHM Services, Inc. in 2018. Additionally, Joshua has a background in technology and development, serving as a Technical Lead & Back-End Developer for Messiah College Recreational Sports and co-founding Full Focus Media as the Lead Developer. Joshua's career also includes roles as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at Messiah College, an Onsite Assistant to the Project Manager at Roland Builder, and a Team Leader & Lead Web Developer at Downey Elementary School. Joshua holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer & Information Science from Messiah University.
