I am a Holistic Life, Wellness, and Spiritual Coach, as well as an advanced yoga, meditation, and mindfulness teacher.

With over a decade of experience as a clinical psychologist specializing in trauma (no longer practicing), I bring a deep understanding of the mind—while guiding clients beyond insight and into true, embodied transformation.

I work primarily with women who appear successful on the outside but feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or not fully themselves within.

My approach is collaborative, honest, and deeply attuned. I listen closely to each client’s needs and desires, and together we create a clear, intentional path forward—one that is responsive, evolving, and grounded in real-life integration.

I believe meaningful change happens through both structure and relationship. We regularly reflect, adjust, and refine the work to ensure it remains aligned and effective.
