Sten Andreas Ehrlich

Sten Andreas Ehrlich has a diverse work experience history. Sten Andreas is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Tuleva, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant and Instructor at the Estonian Debating Society/SpeakSmart, specializing in teaching effective techniques for persuasion, argumentation, and negotiation. Sten Andreas also served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the Estonian Debating Society from January 2017 to December 2020.

Sten has held various roles in different organizations. Sten Andreas worked as an Enterprise Program Manager at Pactum AI from April 2022 to July 2023. Sten Andreas was also a Member of the Management Board at the European Labour Authority from October 2019 to April 2022. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Audit Committee at the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund from January 2019 to April 2022.

In the Ministry of Social Affairs, Sten held the position of Deputy Secretary General on Labour and Employment Policy from July 2018 to April 2022. During this time, they were responsible for designing policies on various labor-related matters and managing a team of approximately 30 people. Sten Andreas also served as the Head of Department in the same ministry from August 2017 to July 2018.

Sten has also held positions on the Supervisory Boards of the Estonian Qualifications Authority and Sihtasutus Innove from April 2018 to April 2022 and April 2018 to February 2021, respectively. Sten Andreas was an Adviser at the Office of Chancellor of Justice from October 2015 to February 2017 and worked as a Lawyer at TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE from January 2014 to September 2015.

Sten Andreas Ehrlich pursued their education at the University of Tartu, beginning in 2011. Sten Andreas completed their Bachelor's degree in Law at this institution from 2011 to 2014. Continuing their academic journey, from 2014 to 2016, they furthered their studies at the same University and obtained a Master's degree in Law.
