James A. Roy

James A. Roy has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. James A. is currently employed at Tulip as the Director of Business Development since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at DocuSign as the Manager of Market Development from November 2021 to February 2023. Beginning in February 2020, James held various roles at Salesforce, including Manager of Business Development, Account Executive - Small Business, Business Development Representative, and Sales Development Representative. James A. also worked as a Business Development Manager at Butterfly Group of Companies from September 2014 to April 2015. Starting in October 2011, James gained political experience working for the Legislative Assembly of Ontario as a Legislative Assistant and Special Assistant, engaging in various tasks such as speech writing, maintaining stakeholder relations, and handling correspondence.

James A. Roy received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations and Political Economy from Wilfrid Laurier University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. James A. also completed French Immersion studies at Cegep de Riviere-du-Loup in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their Ontario Secondary School Diploma from St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School, graduating in 2007. Additionally, James has obtained certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce in 2019 and John Barrows BASHO Training Certified from John Barrows in 2015.
