Dhruv Joshi began their career in 2012 when they founded Social Rockfish. In 2014, they joined 29 Music Group as a Manager + Full Stack Artist Development & Innovation. In 2015, they founded Tully, an app that allows recording artists and songwriters to play, write, and record song ideas all within one application. Through Tully, users can share their projects with their engineer before studio sessions, allowing instant access to the audio file, lyric sheet, and recording ideas. All files are organized and stored to the cloud, keeping all creative work safe in one location.

Dhruv Joshi attended Full Sail University from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Recording Arts.
