TUMCREATE
Nadyssa Willanda is a PhD candidate and Research Associate at TUMCREATE, focusing on flavor decoding of microalgal protein hydrolysate using sensoproteomics since November 2022. Prior to this role, Nadyssa was a Research Intern at the Technical University of Munich from October 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included developing and optimizing chromatographic methods for isolating bioactive compounds from the Cameroonian indigenous plant Xeroderris stuhlmannii. Nadyssa earned a Master's degree in Food Chemistry from the Technical University of Munich in October 2022 and a Bachelor's degree in the same field in October 2020. Earlier education includes completion of a Studienkolleg at Bavarian universities and a high school diploma from Al-Izhar Pondok Labu.
