Jess Franks

Jess Franks started their work experience in 2014 as a Claims Technician at Dale Underwriting Partners, where they worked until 2018. They then joined James Hay Partnership in 2019, first as a Personal Assistant / Office Manager, and then transitioning to an Executive Assistant role in 2021. In 2022, Jess Franks joined tumelo as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.

Jess Franks completed a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Sussex, studying from 2011 to 2014.
