Simon Detheridge

Simon Detheridge currently serves as Tech Lead at Tumelo since February 2025. Previously, Simon worked as a Senior Product Engineer at Attio from February 2024 to February 2025 and as Engineering Director at Overleaf (Writelatex Limited) from October 2018 to October 2023, where Simon significantly contributed to the development and scaling of a cloud-based LaTeX editor. Prior to Overleaf, Simon was with Widgit from January 1998 to June 2021, ascending through various roles including Engineering Manager, Senior Software Developer, Non-Executive Director, and Chief Technology Officer, and played a crucial role as a founding software engineer in delivering successful products and shaping corporate strategies. Simon also held the role of Director at Logotron Ltd from April 2009 to July 2011.
