Caleb Zilla is an accomplished executive recruiter with experience in high-profile assignments, currently working with Tundra Technical Solutions on the Meta Direct Source CWX Program since November 2021. Prior to this role, Caleb served as a Team Lead at Shaw Communications, where a focus on enhancing a sales team’s performance led to significant sales results and client retention. Earlier experience includes serving as a Small Business Consultant in the Enterprise Business Unit at Rogers Communications, providing tailored services to small and medium Canadian businesses, and as a Sales Associate in the Consumer Unit at Bell.
