Carson Gartner is currently a Linguist at VoirPro, L.L.C., applying sociolinguistic techniques and AI since June 2024, and also serves as a Data Labeling Analyst at Tundra Technical Solutions starting December 2024. Previously, Carson completed an internship with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission from August 2023 to December 2023. At the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Carson worked as a Student Researcher from August 2022 to April 2023, employing mixed-method sociolinguistic research techniques, conducting extensive archival research, collecting survey data, and developing a digital linguistic corpus. Carson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and Philosophy with a Music minor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 2023.
