Soyoon Bach has extensive experience in customer success and digital planning, currently serving in a Customer Success role at TUNE since September 2017. Prior to this position, Soyoon worked as a Digital Planner at Carat from January 2017 to September 2017 and served as an Account Manager at Direct Agents from February 2015 to January 2016. Soyoon holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Media, Culture, and Communication from New York University, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, foundational education was received at SMIC Private School.
