Eugene Masterov

Eugene Masterov is currently the VP, Platform & Data Engineering at TuneIn. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Of Infrastructure at Rakuten Advertising from November 2019 to March 2021. Eugene has also held the position of Director Of Engineering at Rakuten Intelligence from November 2017 to November 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a software engineer and software development team lead at various companies including Slice, Enteros, and The Product Engine inc. Eugene has a passion for engineering and is excited to take part in cross-functional efforts that drive advancements in ML research, Consumer Products, and B2B solutions.

Eugene Masterov has a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University and a Master's degree in Project Management from Odesa National Maritime Academy.
