Eric Muhwezi is a skilled technical trainer and operations manager with extensive experience in educational and development roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Technical Trainer at Tunga Impact Academy since July 2023, Eric specializes in delivering interactive IT and soft skills courses. In addition, Eric has been an Operations Manager and Learning Facilitator at Kampabits since August 2018, where responsibilities include utilizing web development technologies to enhance learning outcomes. Eric's background includes previous roles as a Technical Trainer at Refactory Academy and a Learning Facilitator at Tunga, along with experience as a Full Stack Developer at Icon 256. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Victoria University Kampala and completed a Certificate in Computer Programming at Kampabits.

Tunga
Tunga connects African software developers directly to paid international software tasks. Unlike traditional freelancer marketplaces, Tunga is built as a social network. On the one hand, companies can create a following of developers and on the other hand developers can become friends and work collaboratively. We allow companies to have instant access to the coding skills they need to the extent, and at the moment that they actually need them. Tunga’s ambition is to create a structural and substantial amount of fees for talented youths from Africa in a fair and transparent way. Tunga is an initiative of the Butterfly Works Foundation and supported by among others Mobbr, DOEN Foundation, Dioraphte, Edukans, Triodos Bank and Trust Law.
