Patrick Milan has extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Patrick started their career in 1989 at the Minnesota Attorney General's Office as the Director of Communications. Patrick then transitioned to the role of Vice President at Tunheim Partners in 1992. In 1995, they became the Director of Public & Investor Relations at Racotek, Inc. Milan joined US Satellite Broadcasting in 1997 as the Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations before moving to Fallon Worldwide as the Managing Partner in 1998. From 2004 to 2008, they served as the Managing Partner of their own sports marketing consultancy, where they worked with various clients including the NFL and AT&T Cotton Bowl. In 2009, Milan joined Tunheim as the Chief Insights Officer. Patrick later took on the position of Executive Vice President & Chief Creative Officer from 2010 to 2019. During this time, they also served as the Immediate Past Chair of the Business Development Committee at IPREX Global Communication. In 2010, they briefly worked as a Brand Strategy Leader at ASI Communications. Milan's most recent role is on the Board of Trustees, as part of the Corporate Investment & Development, Human Resources, and Audit Committees at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota starting in 2020.
