Mark Gibbons has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mark is currently the Head of Talent at Tunstall Healthcare (UK) since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Jet2.com from 2011 to 2022, taking on roles such as Recruitment Systems Manager and Senior Recruiter. Before their time at Jet2.com, Mark worked as an Interim Recruiter at thebigwordgroup from 2010 to 2011. Mark also held the position of Internal Recruitment Coordinator at Bounty UK Ltd from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Mark has experience as a Resource Manager at G & G Recruitment Solutions Ltd from 2004 to 2009 and as a Government Security Coordinator at Computacenter in 2004. Mark started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Positive Recruitment Solutions from 2002 to 2004. Alongside their professional career, Mark was the Greatest Captain Ever at The Mighty West Hampstead Hockey Club from 2004 to 2010.

Mark Gibbons attended Haileybury College from 1992 to 1998. Mark then went on to Durham University, where they studied Business Finance and obtained a BA degree, completing their education there from 1998 to 2001.
