Peter Springer

Peter Springer is a manufacturing engineer at Turbocam International since May 2021, specializing in CNC programming for lathe and 5-axis mill machining of turbomachinery components for diverse applications including aerospace, automotive, and power generation. Responsibilities include interpreting customer drawings to ensure precision in machining. Prior experience includes a mechanical engineering internship where design and prototyping of tooling for integrally bladed rotors for jet engines were carried out, along with drafting engineering drawings using SolidWorks. Earlier, an internship at Data Electronic Devices involved supporting Surface Mount Technology machinery in assembly, as well as verifying circuit board component integrity. Peter Springer holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned in 2022.
