Turing Bioscience is an environmental consultancy delivering advanced environmental intelligence to support the planning, development, and delivery of projects across the built environment.

Our core offering has three main pillars: 1) Environmental Survey; 2) Technical Reporting and 3) On-Site Supervision. We specialise in de-risking large-scale housing maintenance schemes across the utilities, defence and local government sectors, securing programme for our clients.

The company was founded on the principle that an environmental consultancy should provide clear, decisive solutions rather than uncertainty or delay. By combining environmental science expertise with modern survey technologies, Turing Bioscience helps clients identify environmental risks early, understand regulatory requirements, and move projects forward with confidence.

The name Turing Bioscience draws inspiration from Alan Turing, the pioneering scientist whose work transformed modern computing and theoretical biology through unrivalled intelligence, perseverance, and problem-solving. These same principles underpin the consultancy’s approach to ecological and environmental challenges. The term ‘bioscience’ is the study of living things; applicable at the microscopic level during our eDNA surveys or capturing the behaviour of entire bat populations within urban environments at the macro-scale.

By integrating traditional environmental knowledge with modern technologies, such as drone-based survey methods, image recognition analysis, robotics and thermal imaging, Turing Bioscience provides a smarter, faster, and more reliable way to assess project constraints and find elegant, commercially focused solutions.

Our clients operate in complex and demanding environments where certainty, speed, and accuracy are essential. Turing Bioscience exists to deliver that certainty through rigorous, data-driven analysis and practical solutions that support project delivery.
