Alan Maingot

Alan Maingot has held a variety of roles in the corporate world since 2008. Alan began their career at Procter & Gamble, where they held the positions of Vice President (CTO) Global Beauty Sector, Vice President R&D (CTO) Global Paper Sector Leader and Global Baby Care, and Vice President R&D (CTO) Global Oral Care | Corporate VP R&D, Asia Technology Centers. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Maingot & Kaw Innovation and Leadership Consulting. LLC, a global product and strategy firm that offers executive coaching and training on leadership-driven inclusion. In 2020, they joined Turing Labs Inc. as an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer. In 2021, they became a Co-Founder of the Human Energy Collaboration, a consulting group on Leader and Organization transformation, and a member of the Commercial Advisory Board at Demetrix.

Alan Maingot obtained their Diploma in Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Saint Mary's University in 1978-1981, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Dalhousie University in 1981-1983.
