Product Manager

Scott Yu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technical support. Currently serving as a Product Manager and Technical Support Manager at Turing AI since September 2021, Scott established the company's Tech Support Team utilizing various SaaS tools and is responsible for building a knowledge base of the company's products. Prior to Turing AI, Scott worked at Hikvision USA from March 2012 to August 2021 in several roles, including Product Support Manager and Tech Support Engineer, where responsibilities involved troubleshooting customer setups for various security devices. Earlier experience includes IT support at T.S. MicroTech Inc and various engineering and support roles at Ameba Technology. Scott holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge, along with a certificate in Data Communication from UCLA Extension.
