Scott Yu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technical support. Currently serving as a Product Manager and Technical Support Manager at Turing AI since September 2021, Scott established the company's Tech Support Team utilizing various SaaS tools and is responsible for building a knowledge base of the company's products.
