David Ramírez

David Ramírez is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience across various roles in the field. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at Turing since March 2024, David previously held the position of Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Trébol (YC W22) from July 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that, David worked as Data & Research Manager and Senior Data Scientist at Manzana Verde between January 2021 and July 2022. David's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from the role as CDO & Co-founder at DOC-DOC from October 2018 to December 2020. Additional experiences include leadership positions at Mensajeros Urbanos and Banlinea, as well as earlier roles at IFC and Nestlé Purina North America. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, a Nanodegree in Deep Learning from Udacity, and a recent specialization in Sports Performance Analytics from the University of Michigan.
