Dharmesh R. is an experienced engineering leader and software developer with a diverse background in managing teams and delivering software solutions. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Turing since December 2021, Dharmesh has also held positions as Software Engineer IV and Software Engineer III within the same company. Previous experience includes a role as Engineering Manager at upliance.ai and Senior Software Engineer at IndiaP2P, where Dharmesh developed a financial loan management system using nodeJS and MongoDB. As the Founder and CTO of Piblitz Technologies, leadership involved overseeing multiple teams comprising 14 full-time and 20 part-time engineers. Dharmesh's technical expertise extends to freelance work as a Full Stack Engineer, during which more than 20 projects were completed, covering applications in stock analysis, ERP systems, and e-commerce. Dharmesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Bharuch.
