Elena Matova

Elena Matova, FCCA, currently serves as the Director of Business Development Operations at Turing since August 2025. Prior to this role, Elena held several key positions at SoftServe from September 2018 to August 2025, including Associate Director of Business Solutions and Financial Solutions Consultant Lead, where responsibilities encompassed cross-functional collaboration, GTM strategy development, and solution roadmap execution. Elena also served as Senior Financial Controller at FFW and gained experience in business consulting and financial control through roles at FastTrack Ltd. and Lufthansa Technik Sofia. Beginning a career in finance with statutory auditing at Deloitte, Elena has built a comprehensive skill set that includes strategic market evaluation, financial modeling, and project management, supported by an extensive educational background in finance and accounting, along with certifications in Agile project management and ACCA membership.
