Harshil L.

Harshil L. has a robust background in software engineering and technical leadership, with experience spanning multiple prominent organizations. Starting as a Senior Software Engineer at Directi, Harshil wrote high-quality code and built scalable applications using MVC frameworks and OOP concepts. Afterward, as Lead Engineer at Flock, emphasis was placed on developing responsive UI components with ReactJS and managing application state with Redux. Moving to Tekion Corp as Tech Lead, Harshil spearheaded engineering efforts on diverse projects and led cross-functional teams. Harshil later served as Tech Lead at Airmeet, collaborating with product and tech teams for project delivery and requirement design. Currently, as Engineering Lead at Turing, Harshil focuses on large-scale e-commerce solutions, creating architecture diagrams and technical documents. Harshil holds a BCA and an MSC-ICT from South Gujarat University, alongside foundational education from St. Xavier's School.
